It mess up the website design such as on Google Doc, Google Drive, Gmail. And other websites
It is possible that some other Safari extensions created this issue. Because this do not inject anything on the current web page. It use the "activetab" permission in the web browser extension, so that mean it only works when you click on the browser button.

Just follow the steps here below to get the browser extension back:
1. Install the Font Size Decrease Safari extension back in your Safari web browser

It shows me each time I open Google Safari that "Welcome" page
When you install for the first time the Font Size Decrease Safari extension, it shows you only 1x the 'Welcome' page. And the Safari extension saves this information in a new setting, that you saw already those two pages.

One of the reasons is that there is a Safari extension installed on your Safari web browser, that is not compatible with our Font Size Decrease Safari extension. And try to remove always your settings. You can solve this very easy on your Safari web browser by following the steps here below:

- 2. Open this page in your Safari web browser:
  chrome://extensions/
- 3. And disable the Safari extensions you are using one by one except Font Size Decrease
